Compassionate and Integrated Support for Eating Disorders — Healing Mind and Body

Eating disorders affect millions of people and can appear in many forms — including restriction, binge eating, purging, over-exercise, ARFID, or cycles of multiple behaviors. These conditions are often intertwined with anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and stress-related disorders, and without treatment, they can deeply affect both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

At Harborside Psychiatrics, our Massachusetts-based providers deliver personalized, evidence-based care to clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island through secure telehealth sessions. Our goal is to help you build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

We recognize that recovery can require both medical and emotional support. That’s why our approach integrates psychiatric expertise, nutritional counseling, and therapy — ensuring your care addresses the full picture of your health.

Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, binge eating, restrictive behaviors, or emotional eating, our experienced clinicians offer outpatient treatment designed to meet you where you are and support lasting recovery.

Begin your journey toward balance and self-acceptance — schedule a confidential telehealth consultation with Harborside Psychiatrics today.
