Jackie Duford (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR).  She works primarily with adolescents, adults, and families specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and difficult life transitions.  Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, Health at Every Size® approach to working with individuals, Jackie invites each person to be themselves in an environment that welcomes creativity and authenticity. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and self-compassion.

Jackie completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Keene State College and went on to complete her master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in 2012.  She developed expressive therapy programming for Massachusetts’s only medically-enhanced state psychiatric unit prior to transitioning to helping others reach their well-being goals in outpatient settings.
