Kirstin Ritchie attended Yale University where she received her Master’s of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. She has experience across a broad array of settings including inpatient, outpatient, addiction clinics, and colleges. She believes in working with clients from a holistic perspective and understands the interplay between the body and mind. As a former Division 1 runner she has a passion for working with athletes and has a special interest in helping clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. Kirstin works collaboratively with clients to understand the interplay between medication and lifestyle changes and is currently furthering her education through Dr. Greenblatt’s Functional Psychiatry for Depression & Mood Disorders Program.
