Rachel D. Egan, RN, PMHNP-BC, (she/her) is a nurse practitioner trained to treat mental health disorders in clients of all ages. Rachel specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, ADHD, and PTSD and works with clients with numerous other diagnoses including anxiety and depression. Currently, Rachel primarily offers medication management and is co-leading an upcoming group this fall for athletes working through disordered eating and body image concerns.

Rachel received her MSN through Massachusetts General’s Institute of Health Professions and was granted the Harriet Towle award for Excellence in Clinical Nursing Practice upon completion of this program.

Rachel is also the Associate Medical Director of Ambulatory Programming at Walden Behavioral Care, a center that specializes in the treatment of eating disorders.

In May 2021, Rachel completed Psychiatry Redefined’s Fellowship with renowned psychiatrist Dr. James Greenblatt; as a graduate of this program Rachel is skilled in the use of functional medicine for the treatment of mental health.
