Not necessarily! At Harborside, we want to help clients maintain their relationship to the things that make life worth living. We use the SEES protocol to determine the safety of participating in sport based on objective data (weight, labs, vital signs). If you have already had to stop participating, we can also help you navigate return to sport.

Yes! We help athletes navigate the decision to retire/leave their sport and feel fulfilled by other aspects of their lives.

Our co-founder Rachel Egan is a lifelong athlete. Her current athletic pursuits include triathlon and competitive swimming. Rachel loves applying this lens to her work with clients.
