Our skilled team of therapists offer a broad range of approaches and specialties. When we match you with a therapist, we recommend someone that we know can help with the specific symptoms you are experiencing, whether that is anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, or something else. Our therapists pull from multiple modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, art therapy, family based therapy, and motivational interviewing.

At Harborside, therapy is a collaborative effort and is often skills based, so you leave feeling you have tools to take with you into your week that can offer relief when symptoms arise. All of our therapists have extensive experience with eating disorders and approach clients with a trauma-informed lens.
